Can't wait to pick you up, give your bony self a big squeeze and have you, in all your peeved glory (no cuddling for Elly) wriggle out of my arms, thud on the floor as you trot away, then turn on a dime, rush back, balance on your hind legs as you clasp your two paws around my hand, drawing it down demanding I give you a pet and a scratch--on your terms.
(Anyone else think having a female cat is redundant?)
